Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Engineer at GlobalFoundries Fab 1 in Dresden, Germany, you will be the primary technical liaison for customer programs, guiding them from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to Product End-of-Life. Your day-to-day will involve planning new products with customers, aligning internal teams, and leading technical customer meetings. A key responsibility is to ensure clear communication, track wafer movement across sites, and drive solutions for any customer project issues. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various internal departments and external customers, ensuring program success and achieving revenue goals. You will also train other team members and interface with Account Managers and Field Application Engineers.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Math, Engineering, or Semiconductor Manufacturing
