  • Cohere: Text processing and analysis capabilities

Data Transfer Safeguards: Both providers maintain GDPR compliance through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data during processing.

Infrastructure Services

  • Firebase (Google): Authentication and database services (EU region: europe-west1)
  • Pinecone: Vector search capabilities
  • Prisma/PostgreSQL: Database services (EU-based infrastructure)
  • Vercel: Hosting and analytics (privacy-first, no personal data collection)

No Data Sales: We never sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to essential service providers with appropriate GDPR safeguards.

5. Data Retention

Retention Policy:

  • We retain your data for 1 year from your last login activity
  • Each new login automatically extends retention for another year
  • You can request immediate data deletion at any time (see Section 6)
