Job Summary

Embark on an extraordinary international journey as an IT Engineer, playing a pivotal role in revolutionizing factory operations with cutting-edge IT solutions. This position offers a unique opportunity to spend 6-12 months in Taiwan for training, gaining invaluable international experience, before returning to Germany. You will be the primary IT contact for factory service requests, collaborating with users to understand their needs and working closely with the central product team to develop effective solutions. Your day-to-day will involve supporting and monitoring systems, resolving reported issues and alerts, and promptly addressing urgent cases to minimize downtime. A key part of the role is innovating and developing intelligent monitoring systems that can automatically detect, diagnose, and resolve problems, ensuring continuous improvement and stability.
