Job Summary

This role involves leading a team of three in managing the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for subsidiary companies in accordance with HGB (German Commercial Code) and KHBV (Hospital Accounting Ordinance). The successful candidate will be responsible for group accounting, including the consolidation of subsidiary financial statements, and preparing the consolidated financial statements in collaboration with department management. Key responsibilities also include assessing complex accounting issues, acting as a point of contact for auditors, and overseeing financial planning and liquidity management. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in financial accounting, a keen interest in digital transformation, and experience with SAP applications, particularly in the context of an upcoming SAP S/4 HANA migration.
