The ideal candidate possesses a degree or technical qualification in Technical Equipment, significant professional experience in building services engineering, and expertise in construction supervision, project management, and relevant regulatory frameworks (HOAI, VOB). Success in this position requires strong analytical skills, cost awareness, and effective communication and conflict resolution abilities, working within interdisciplinary teams to develop and document technical concepts.
