Job Summary
The City of Bochum is seeking a dedicated Administrative and Commercial Affairs Officer for its Youth Welfare Office. In this part-time role (28 hours/week), you will be responsible for the consultation, review, and payment processing of grants for investments in new childcare facilities and day care, as well as for quality development and renovation measures. You will also manage projected investment subsidies. This position offers a varied and engaging work environment within a supportive team, providing opportunities for professional development and flexible working arrangements, including up to 80% home office. Required Skills
Education
Successfully completed Administrative Course II or Employee Course II, or a completed (technical) university degree in Business Administration or Law.
