Job Summary

This role offers a dedicated IT Specialist the opportunity to ensure the smooth operation of critical maritime security systems for the German federal government. You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of VoIP systems, including firewalls and endpoints, as well as setting up and commissioning client systems for office communication and 24/7 services. A key part of your day will involve providing 1st and 2nd level support, troubleshooting system disturbances, and deploying software packages.
