Job Summary

This role involves providing comprehensive onsite and remote IT support for Windows-based clients in office and production environments. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, replacing, and dismantling client hardware and peripherals, resolving IT-related hardware and software issues, and coordinating manufacturer warranty claims. The ideal candidate will have a completed IT vocational training or comparable experience, strong knowledge of common hardware and software, and proficiency in Office (2016, 2019, 365) and Windows 10. This position offers an attractive opportunity to work within a dedicated team, provide 2nd-level support to a central IT helpdesk, and engage directly with customers, ensuring smooth IT operations for clients ranging from 10 to 10,000 workstations across Germany and the USA.
