This role is for an IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support, working within a dynamic IT systems house that serves a diverse client base across Germany and the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive onsite and remote support for Windows-based clients, handling hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting. Key tasks include managing IT-related inquiries, coordinating manufacturer warranty processes, and meticulous documentation of support cases within a ticketing system. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively within a three-shift model from Monday to Friday. Completed vocational training in IT or comparable professional experience

Experience

  • Experience in the requested position
  • Experience with common hardware and software

Additional

  • Driving license Class 3 or B is desirable. Ability to work in a three-shift model (early, late, and night shifts) from Monday to Friday.
