This role is for an Onsite Service Technician, acting as a flexible substitute for planned vacations across various client sites in Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing 2nd-level support for Windows-based clients, including Office and production environments. Key tasks involve hardware setup, replacement, and dismantling, software installation and configuration, troubleshooting IT-related issues, coordinating manufacturer warranty processes, and documenting support cases in a ticketing system. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
