Job Summary

This full-time, permanent position is for an IT Systems Technician specializing in 2nd Level Support, working within a classic IT system house that serves a diverse client base across industries in Germany and the USA. The role involves providing comprehensive onsite and remote support for Windows-based clients, including hardware setup, replacement, and dismantling, as well as software installation and configuration. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, resolving IT issues, coordinating manufacturer warranty processes, and meticulous documentation of support cases. This role requires working in a three-shift model (early, late, and night shifts) from Monday to Friday, making flexibility and a proactive approach essential.
