This doctoral position at the Heinz Maier-Leibnitz Research Neutron Source (FRM II) in Garching, Germany, offers a unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in neutron physics. The successful candidate will investigate the reflection and storage of ultracold neutrons on novel ultra-nanocrystalline diamond surface coatings, and conduct scattering experiments on cryo-solids to determine interaction cross-sections at extremely low energies.
