Job Summary

The Technical University of Munich (TUM) is seeking an engaged and team-oriented IT Organizer to strengthen its Campus Management Team within Central IT. This role is crucial for maintaining and optimizing the TUMonline campus management system, a core component of the university's 'Digital University' vision. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the system and its interfaces, performing quality assurance, conducting acceptance tests, and overseeing implementation activities. The organizer will also be responsible for requirements management, modeling and maintaining examination and study regulations, and acting as the key interface between specialist departments and IT development. The ideal candidate possesses a background in IT or Computer Science, professional experience with IT systems, and strong organizational and communication skills to structure complex technical and organizational contexts clearly. Experience with the student lifecycle and university examination processes is a plus. This position offers an exciting mix of challenging tasks in an innovative, international university environment, with flexible working hours and the option for remote work.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
