Job Summary

The Asset Excellence Manager, serving as a GMP Process Expert, is responsible for coordinating all activities necessary to ensure strict GMP compliance across assets, processes, and products within the Manufacturing Unit Solids at Roche in Kaiseraugst. A core focus is maintaining stable, trouble-free production while driving continuous improvement initiatives. Daily tasks involve rigorous review of Batch Records using the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), managing deviations, complaints, changes (CAPAs), and performing detailed Root-Cause-Analyses. The role requires analyzing production KPIs to enhance efficiency and quality assurance, supporting technical projects, product launches, and process optimization efforts. Candidates must hold a university degree in Pharmacy, Natural Sciences, or Engineering and possess at least two years of relevant experience in a regulated industry, coupled with strong organizational skills for project work.
