Job Summary

This role involves taking full responsibility for the financial accounting functions of the company, covering accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. A core responsibility is the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements compliant with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) and Swiss GAAP FER. You will also play a key part in supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, managing VAT statements and controls, and continuously improving internal finance processes, particularly within the Abacus system. The ideal candidate possesses a commercial education combined with advanced training in finance and accounting, deep knowledge of Swiss reporting standards, and proven experience utilizing Abacus software.
