Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged and structured HVAC Project Manager to lead projects entirely from a 100% home office setting, managing the entire lifecycle from initial order placement through final acceptance. Key responsibilities include coordinating timelines, resources, and technical interfaces across HVAC, electrical, and construction management domains. The manager is responsible for organizing the start of installations, instructing fitters, and rigorously monitoring quality, deadlines, and adherence to Swiss safety standards (SUVA). This is a crucial client-facing role, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project. Ideal candidates must possess a technical background in HVAC, building technology, electrical, or mechanical engineering, coupled with proven experience in project leadership or installation coordination.
