Job Summary

As a Senior System Engineer specializing in Enterprise Networks, you will be a crucial part of a growing IT service provider, offering 2nd and 3rd-level support for Cisco Enterprise Network technologies. Your daily tasks will involve handling customer support requests, taking technical ownership for Managed Service clients, monitoring their (SD-)infrastructures, and collaborating with your team, Cisco TAC, and other vendors. You'll also manage LifeCycle projects, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions.
