Job Summary

This role requires a dedicated leader to manage and mentor the Cyber Security Services team, focusing heavily on personnel development, feedback, and qualifications. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the technical classification, analysis, and evaluation of network anomalies for clients, providing case-based recommendations, and ensuring compliance with SLAs. The Team Lead is also responsible for driving process and technology innovation within the Cyber Security Services domain, ensuring effective knowledge management, and collaborating closely with other service and security leads. Candidates must possess a completed relevant IT vocational qualification or degree, coupled with significant experience in network security, preferably within a Cisco environment. Strong leadership skills, a structured, goal-oriented approach, and excellent communication abilities in both German (C1) and English (B2) are essential for success in this dynamic, growth-focused environment.
