Job Summary

This leadership role involves managing and mentoring a technical team responsible for providing 2nd and 3rd-level support to customers across Network, Data Center, and Enterprise Security domains. The Team Lead will ensure the smooth operation of customer IT environments, manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and drive customer satisfaction. A core component of the role is acting as a leader and mentor, conducting regular feedback sessions, managing team development, and overseeing qualifications. Furthermore, the role requires responsibility for process and technology development within Infrastructure & Security Services, defining standards, and ensuring effective knowledge management. Candidates should possess a relevant IT degree or vocational qualification, ideally combined with a minimum of five years of experience in Infrastructure or Security, technical expertise at a consultant level, and knowledge of ITIL Foundation. This position offers exposure to innovative, future-proof technologies and support for professional growth, including Cisco certifications.
