Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Construction Engineer or Geoscientist who enjoys problem-solving, excels at time management, and thrives in client collaboration. You will be instrumental in managing projects related to building contaminants and demolition, based in Altenberge (near Münster). Day-to-day, you'll prepare proposals, investigation concepts, service specifications, and expert reports, conduct contaminant surveys for substances like asbestos and mold, and oversee demolition inspections. A key part of your role will involve planning contaminant remediation, supervising the implementation of these measures, and leading projects, including client support, consultation, and acquisition, especially with existing clients.
