Job Summary

This role seeks a highly experienced Technical Building Services Engineer specializing in the complex planning and management of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) for chemical-physical laboratory infrastructures. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, steering, and executing projects involving new constructions, modernizations, and conversions, ensuring strict adherence to critical technical norms and safety regulations, particularly concerning HVAC, gas supply, and explosion protection. Day-to-day tasks involve technical coordination among project leaders, architects, laboratory managers, and external specialists, alongside detailed documentation, quality control, and progress reporting to management. This project-based position requires a completed degree in Building or Energy Technology and several years of experience in complex infrastructure planning, ideally within laboratory, clinic, or cleanroom settings. The position is attractive due to its nationwide scope, requiring flexibility and frequent travel across Germany to various project sites (e.g., Berlin, Munich, Hannover).
