Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Food Chemist or Natural Scientist to join the team in Altenberge (near Münster) as an Expert Assessor. This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance and quality assurance in the food sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing expert consultation and support to clients regarding food products, developing investigation concepts and plans, and meticulously reviewing and approving test reports. You will be responsible for assessing investigation results and managing the revenue and results of your assigned projects, including handling complaints and driving optimization efforts. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Chemistry (preferably with the 2nd State Examination) or a relevant natural science degree coupled with experience in food analytics. Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, self-management capabilities, and excellent communication skills for confident customer interaction. The position offers flexible working hours (30-40 hours/week), mobile working options, and structured onboarding.
