Job Summary

This specialized role seeks a Technical Building Services Engineer to take responsibility for the planning, control, and coordination of Technical Building Equipment (TGA) specifically within complex chemical-physical laboratory environments. The successful candidate will manage projects involving the modernization, renovation, and new construction of laboratory infrastructures, ensuring strict adherence to technical norms and safety requirements, such as those governing HVAC, gas supply, and explosion protection. Day-to-day tasks involve technical coordination between internal stakeholders (project managers, architects, laboratory managers) and external specialist planners, alongside comprehensive documentation, quality control, and progress reporting for management. Key qualifications include a university degree in Supply, Building, or Energy Technology and several years of experience planning complex technical building infrastructures, ideally within laboratory, clinic, or cleanroom settings. This position is project-based and requires nationwide travel across Germany to various laboratory locations.
