Job Summary
This role involves supporting the Head of Technical Facility Management in the operational steering, strategic development, and quality assurance of the technical building infrastructure for a large public administration in Stuttgart. The successful candidate will be a key driver for innovation and sustainability, participating in planning and implementing maintenance, renovation, and modernization measures. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing building systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary, electrical), managing energy consumption, coordinating external service providers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in building services or electrical engineering, offering a secure, full-time, permanent role with opportunities for creative input and professional development within a modern administrative environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree or Master (Level 6 equivalent) in Building Services Engineering, Supply Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or a comparable relevant qualification
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in technical facility management
- Ideally, leadership experience
- Professional experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Ideally, experience with CAFM systems and their implementation

- Occasional weekend work may be required for essential tasks outside regular service hours; willingness to undertake on-call duties if necessary; ability to work independently and responsibly with a high degree of flexibility; strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and a structured approach; strong communication and teamwork skills.
