Job Summary

This role involves the meticulous planning, organization, and coordination of all meetings for the Supervisory Board, its committees, and the Executive Board. Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining structured schedules, thoroughly preparing and post-processing resolutions, and assisting with the formal review of decision and information documents to ensure adherence to internal standards. The successful candidate will also organize retreats, training sessions, and onboarding for new board members, and contribute to the documentation, control, and implementation of board decisions. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as a Business Administrator or Specialist in Administrative Management or Legal Studies. Alternatively, completed training as an Office Management Clerk, Industrial Clerk, Management Assistant, or Legal Assistant combined with practical knowledge in board work or corporate governance.

Experience

  • Practical experience in handling confidential documents and sensitive information
