This role involves the independent management and execution of construction projects within the drinking water network and wastewater pressure pipeline network for Germany's largest water and wastewater company, the Berliner Wasserbetriebe. The Construction Manager will oversee project execution using external contractors, ensuring strict adherence to technical regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and relevant laws. Key responsibilities include autonomous coordination and alignment of projects with various governmental departments (Senate departments, traffic control, district offices), along with rigorous cost, budget, and schedule control. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (specializing in Underground Construction) or equivalent technical qualifications, coupled with experience in construction management for network or underground construction projects, and strong knowledge of relevant German construction standards (VOB, HOAI, RSA 21).
