The successful candidate will focus on the research and development of broadband integrated RF circuits for innovative applications in sensor technology and material characterization, as part of the TRR 196 MARIE collaborative research center. Day-to-day tasks will involve gaining hands-on experience in the entire chip development process, from conceptual design of new system architectures and circuit development to the metrological characterization of chips using state-of-the-art CMOS/SiGe-HBT technologies. The position requires close collaboration with internal and external academic partners, scientific communication of research results at international conferences and in journals, and support in acquiring third-party funding.
