Job Summary

Join an innovative and rapidly growing medical technology firm specializing in the development and production of high-quality autoinjector systems for international pharmaceutical clients. As a Project Manager, you will independently lead complex development projects from initial planning stages through to readiness for series production. This involves building and guiding an interdisciplinary project team while rigorously managing timelines, budgets, and quality targets. A key aspect of the role is effective communication and coordination with both internal teams and external international stakeholders and customers. Candidates must possess a technical university degree in a relevant engineering field and at least two years of experience in classic project management, preferably gained within regulated industries such as Medtech or Pharma. Strong proficiency in both German and English is required, coupled with a hands-on approach and excellent communication skills.
