Join the University Hospital Schleswig-Holstein (UKSH) as a Student Assistant for Epilepsy Monitoring. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Neurology Clinic's Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. Your daily tasks will include preparing patients for monitoring by connecting them to EEG, EKG, and video systems, continuously observing recordings on the computer, and troubleshooting technical issues. A critical part of your contribution will be recognizing EEG patterns, epileptic seizures, and sleep stages, alongside providing compassionate care to patients experiencing panic or anxiety.
