The successful candidate will be instrumental in advancing cancer research by conducting and assisting with mouse experiments, managing transgenic mouse lines, and performing various cell culture techniques including organoids and primary cell cultivation. Key responsibilities also involve applying molecular biology and protein biochemistry methods such as PCR, FACS, Western Blot, and ELISA, as well as histological procedures. The position requires strong organizational skills for laboratory management, including safety training, material procurement, and training new staff.
