Job Summary

As the Head of Integrated Communications, you will be instrumental in shaping the reputation and dialogue of the Insel Group, one of Switzerland's leading university hospital systems. You will be responsible for creating the strategic framework for proactive, consistent, and impactful communication across all touchpoints, including media relations, internal communication, scientific communication, events, and employer branding. You will lead a dedicated 10-person team, guiding the integrated planning process and ensuring quality and consistency across all outputs. This role requires extensive leadership experience in corporate communications, ideally within large or complex healthcare organizations, coupled with proven strategic development skills and expertise in issues management and crisis communication. This is a highly responsible and varied leadership position offering significant creative freedom and the chance to strategically influence the relevance and reach of a major player in the Swiss healthcare landscape.
