Job Summary

This challenging role involves driving the standardization and continuous development of the entire end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) process within a leading Swiss hospital network. You will be responsible for designing, documenting, and holistically controlling the S2P process model, ensuring efficiency, regulatory compliance, and audit security across all organizational units. A major focus is establishing effective Process Governance, harmonizing working methods, and anchoring clear standards aligned with the SAP S/4 Hana IT landscape. Furthermore, you will lead and coordinate key optimization projects aimed at increasing process maturity through digitalization and automation. This position requires a degree in a relevant field (Business Admin, IT, or Law), extensive experience in S2P/P2P management within complex environments, and a strong ability to communicate and coordinate processes across departments.
