In this role, you will actively contribute to the development and optimization of the system, with a specific focus on outpatient appointment scheduling. You will serve as a crucial interface between clinical departments and IT specialists, leveraging your strong communication skills to capture requirements and implement effective IT solutions. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you will secure the high standard of IT solutions by developing concepts, specifications, and training documentation. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing system behavior, performing necessary adjustments, resolving customer incident reports, and ensuring the hospital's operational uptime. This position requires a background in medicine or IT/Business Informatics and strong proficiency in both German and English.
