Job Summary

This pivotal role as an ICT Service Manager focuses on the Digital Workplace and Collaboration environment, acting as the central point for ensuring optimal service delivery to medical, nursing, and administrative staff. Key responsibilities include implementing and managing the entire client infrastructure, maintaining financial oversight (budget control, reporting), and actively supporting ITIL processes such as Change, Problem, and Incident Management (2nd/3rd level support). The manager will also oversee software distribution, contribute to architecture design, ensure security compliance, and drive the integration of future M365 and cloud services. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in IT or Business Informatics, or extensive ICT Service Management experience, alongside proven expertise in the ITIL framework and Digital Workplace technologies (Windows OS, MS Products). This position offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to shape the digital future within a complex and meaningful healthcare setting.

Required Skills

Education

Completed education, preferably in Informatics or Business Informatics

Experience

  • Multi-year experience in ICT Service Management
  • Proven experience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management (ITIL)
  • Professional experience in implementing and managing client infrastructure
  • Professional experience with financial responsibility for service offerings including budget control and reporting
