Job Summary

This role is for a Field Service Technician specializing in network modernization projects across Germany, focusing on public sector clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing existing cabling for new network switches, installing 1-HE switches into racks, and managing data and power stack connections. Key tasks also include patching access ports, coordinating with network operations for commissioning, troubleshooting issues, and decommissioning old switches post-migration. This position involves extensive nationwide travel, working in a two-person team with structured shifts (morning and evening) from Monday to Friday. It's an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on IT infrastructure experience who enjoys a structured work environment and is comfortable with frequent travel.
