This role seeks a structured and technically adept Onsite Support Engineer to join a long-term infrastructure project in Östringen, focusing on the reliable setup and maintenance of modern IT workplaces. The core responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd Level Onsite Support, managing the complete lifecycle of user incidents and requests through a ticketing system, and executing hardware rollouts, including the setup, configuration, and cabling of PCs, laptops, and tablets. Candidates must possess strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and standard hardware, coupled with practical experience in Onsite Support, ideally within an industrial setting. Proficiency with Google Suite and ticket management tools is also essential. Success in this role requires a meticulous, solution-oriented approach and excellent communication skills in both German and fluent English, supporting a leading IT service provider in their digital transformation efforts.
