Job Summary

This role is for a seasoned electrical engineer to lead the Electrical Engineering team for Pumping Stations and Buildings within Berliner Wasserbetriebe, Germany's largest water and wastewater company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management, maintenance, and development of electrical power engineering, process measurement technology, and automation/process control systems. They will also oversee building services and building management systems for pumping stations and administrative buildings. This leadership position requires a strong technical background in energy and automation technology, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in team leadership and development, ensuring efficient and timely task completion while serving as the Responsible Electrical Specialist for the department.
