Job Summary
This role is for a Project Manager to coordinate and monitor the EU-funded Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Network, METAMIC 3, at the Leibniz-Institut für Analytische Wissenschaften - ISAS - e. V. in Dortmund, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for network communication, event organization, data management, and financial monitoring for a project focused on advancing microbiome science through metaproteomics within a 'One Health' context. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in managing scientific projects, especially EU-funded collaborations, and proficiency in scientific English. Required Skills
Education
Master's or Diploma degree, ideally in Natural Sciences or Life Sciences or job-related field; Doctorate is desirable
Experience
- Experience in research management and coordination of third-party funded projects

- Proven experience in coordination of scientific projects
- Experience in event and meeting planning
Languages
Additional
- Willingness to travel for network meetings; Part-time position (50%); Fixed-term for four years (October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2029); Non-residents will receive assistance with accommodation and authorities.
