Job Summary

This role is ideal for a Junior IT Technician looking to join a leading global IT service provider. You will be instrumental in managing IT infrastructure for large enterprises and public sector clients, focusing on the full lifecycle of IT equipment from installation and setup to troubleshooting and user support. Key responsibilities include performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and incident resolution for desktops, notebooks, and thin clients, as well as software installations and hardware replacements. The position requires strong technical skills in hardware, Microsoft operating systems, and Office applications, coupled with excellent user support capabilities and experience with ticketing systems.
