Day-to-day responsibilities include offering technical support for standard Office products, MS Windows, and general hardware and network issues. You will communicate with users via phone, remote access, and chat, meticulously documenting all activities within a ticketing system and maintaining the knowledge database. The ideal candidate should possess initial experience in telephone customer service or IT support, familiarity with the Microsoft product family, and basic knowledge of mobile devices and networking.
