Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional seeking a challenging and dynamic position ensuring the seamless operation of IT infrastructure for a global technology leader. The IT Technician will act as the on-site technical expert, providing rapid and effective problem resolution, proactive maintenance, and customer training for Windows PCs and Android smartphones. Key responsibilities include managing user groups, including VIPs and technical staff, adhering to defined IT processes, and performing 'Smart Hands' support for video conferencing, network testing, IP telephony, and equipment relocation. Candidates must possess deep knowledge of Windows or Android operating systems, experience with Google Workspace, ticketing systems, and ITIL processes, along with very good proficiency in both German and English. This position requires a driver's license and willingness to travel for project-related tasks and meetings across various locations.
