As an IT Service Technician, you will be the primary point of contact for technical support, handling the acceptance, recording, and prioritization of incident reports within a ticketing system. Your daily responsibilities involve performing initial troubleshooting using standard processes and specialized tools, as well as providing high-level VIP support for video conferencing systems like Cisco, Polycom, and Microsoft Teams. You will offer both remote helpdesk assistance and on-site technical service at headquarters and various locations in Nuremberg.
