Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Master of Chemistry with a focus on Organic Chemistry to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Penzberg, Germany, through Franz & Wach. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and optimizing chemical processes, including the establishment of new procedures from R&D and the implementation of novel technologies in production. Key responsibilities involve performing multi-step syntheses, conducting and evaluating analytical tests, and creating comprehensive documentation. The position also entails leading sub-projects and coordinating tasks, as well as supporting the onboarding and training of new team members. Ideal candidates will possess practical experience in oligonucleotide chemistry, purification technologies, and analytical methods, coupled with strong organizational and teamwork skills. Proficiency in both German and English is essential for international collaboration. This is a full-time, temporary position with a strong focus on potential direct employment with Roche.
