Job Summary

This role offers a chance to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim through a temporary employment contract, focusing on the technical coordination and management of production change processes for complex mechatronic systems. The Technician will be responsible for ECR (Engineering Change Request) coordination, including planning, task assignment, and implementation of changes in collaboration with the Operations Product Leader. Key daily tasks involve creating and maintaining documentation (work plans, material master data, bills of materials), ensuring the smooth phase-in/phase-out of changes, and analyzing ECR trends for product meetings. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical fields, coupled with professional experience in a GMP/ISO 13485 regulated environment, particularly with medical devices. Strong stakeholder management, proficiency in SAP and MS Office, and fluency in German with good English skills are essential for success in this critical production support role.
