Job Summary

This role offers an excellent entry point into Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim via a temporary staffing arrangement, with a strong focus on eventual permanent takeover. As a Laboratory Technician in Quality Control, your primary responsibilities will involve conducting comprehensive analyses for the release of raw materials, intermediate, and/or final products. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating and meticulously documenting test results, alongside the maintenance and support of various testing equipment. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement processes, specifically within the GO Lean program, ensuring strict adherence to all regulatory guidelines, GxP rules, and operational safety standards. Ideal candidates must possess a completed natural science vocational qualification (such as MTA, BTA, or CTA equivalent) and several years of relevant practical laboratory experience, coupled with fluency in written and spoken German to succeed in the lab environment. Knowledge of Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Analytics is essential.
