Job Summary

This role offers an opportunity to join Roche Diagnostics GmbH in Mannheim, focusing on the technical coordination and implementation of changes within production processes, specifically concerning complex mechatronic systems. The Technician will be the primary ECR (Engineering Change Request) Coordinator, responsible for planning, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely implementation of changes in collaboration with the Operations Product Leader. Key duties include creating and maintaining documentation (work plans, material master data, bills of materials), managing the phase-in/phase-out of changes, analyzing ECR trends, and ensuring all processes adhere to strict quality and regulatory requirements (GMP, ISO 13485). The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical fields, combined with professional experience in regulated medical device production and proficiency in SAP and MS Office. This is a crucial role for maintaining manufacturing efficiency and compliance.
