This full-time, two-year fixed-term position involves leading procurement processes, preparing tender documents, obtaining comparative offers, and coordinating service specifications with internal departments. A key part of the role also includes managing budget resources and processing invoices from various contractors. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and reimbursing expenses for both professional and volunteer firefighters. Education

Completion of Administrative Course II (Verwaltungslehrgang II) OR University degree (Diplom (FH) or Bachelor) in Law, Administrative Management, Public Management, Administrative Sciences, Economics, Public Law, or a comparable relevant field OR Completion of the First State Examination in Law (I. juristisches Staatsexamen) or equivalent as a Diplom-Jurist
