Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Technical Consultant and Architect passionate about digitalization and revolutionizing customer experiences through innovative digital assistants. You will be instrumental in developing a digital ecosystem, focusing on implementing GenAI-powered solutions. Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for business units, leading requirement analysis, and managing interface and platform technologies. You will also oversee the implementation process with development teams, guide AI agents through their entire product lifecycle from conception to optimization and quality assurance, and provide 2nd and 3rd-level support. This position requires strong technical understanding, experience with conversational AI, and proficiency in agile development methodologies.
