Job Summary

This Working Student role offers a deep dive into the ServiceNow platform solution, covering design, implementation, and architecture within the Schwarz IT group. The successful candidate will support internal client consulting by assessing functional coverage, technical solutions, strategic roadmaps, and evaluating the effort and benefit of ServiceNow deployments. Key responsibilities include developing concepts and solutions focused on Employee Experience, HR digitalization, ITSM transformation, and managing various digitalization projects, including interface (API) strategies. You will also guide internal clients through change processes related to market trends and digital solutions. This position requires current enrollment in a relevant university program, strong analytical skills, high motivation to build expertise in consulting and ServiceNow, and secure communication skills in both German and English.
