Job Summary

This role is a central interface between the group-wide AI Governance Committee and the Schwarz Digits organization, aiming to make AI governance understandable, effective, and innovation-promoting. The specialist will contribute to the central committee by developing solution proposals that meet the needs of Schwarz Digits and its more than 100 AI experts. Day-to-day responsibilities include translating complex governance requirements into clear, practical guidelines, such as Coding Guidelines and MLOps standards, and supporting development teams in their operational implementation across over 50 applications (from Forecasting to GenAI). The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in AI, software engineering, or IT governance, coupled with strong communication and stakeholder management skills to navigate matrix organizations and professionally moderate competing interests like speed versus compliance. This position is attractive as it enables digital sovereignty by transforming governance into an enabler for innovation.
